March Madness

Not March Madness basketball, March madness with how busy this month has been. Busy, but fun! Since the weather has gotten nice we have gotten outside as much as possible. The boys have been loving it! So have I. We've gone on many walks, gone to different parks, and played in our driveway/backyard. It's been great! We just need to get through this wintery week and hopefully we will have nice weather again.

We went to a few fun places this month. I took the boys to Sealife Aquarium at the MoA. William absolutely loved it. He loves animals and could have spent all day there. Nolan, as usual, just wanted to run through the place. They were creating a new exhibit, so part of the aquarium was blocked off. They gave us free tickets to come back in May when the new exhibit opens, which is awesome.

We also met up with my friend Carissa and her boys Cale and Lane at Rainbow Systems showroom. We paid $5 to play on all of their floor models plus a trampoline. It was great! I definitely will be taking the boys back there. It was a little hard for Liam because he couldn't go on the equipment by himself. They were a little old for him. But he still had fun going down some slides and on the swings.

My dad and I took Nolan skiing one last time this season. I am so happy we did, because we saw a huge improvement! Nolan was able to ski next to me, holding onto my pole. He loved it! He giggled when we were going downhill, excited to be going fast. Next winter we will work on the snow plow.

The annual St Paddy's parade was a lot of fun. Nolan was in a mood for the first part (he's been going through a defiant/sassy stage again, ugh, threenagers.), but he perked up when he got to toss candy to kids during the parade as well as eat some. It was fun to see Jason's family and friends and catch up on everything. The weather was a gorgeous 60 degrees so we spent most of the time after the parade outside  instead of in the Legion. I wish we could have stayed longer, but Jason and I had to get back to the cities to see Beauty and the Beast at the Orpheum, which was amazing.

William turned 18 months this month, which I can't believe. We had his well check at the doctor last week. He is 2' 7.75" (27%) and 23 lbs (31%). I'm still holding out hope that he'll shoot up when he gets older. He did extremely well during the appointment and loved looking at the fish in the waiting room. He is healthy and perfect! His last eye tooth is finally cutting through, so hopefully he'll start  consistently sleeping through the night. He's been doing better since the tooth began cutting, through.
